Christiana Jefferson is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Owner of Bliss Way. She has 6 years of teaching experience and an intensive background in physical fitness. She provides counseling services to adults, children and families involved in foster care alongside promoting emotional wellbeing and crisis intervention. She also serves as a Licensed Clinical Therapist under supervision in Connecticut where she provides virtual therapy to couples and adults! She believes in the saying “Yoga is not a workout; it’s a work-in. Let’s inhale the future and exhale the past.”
