Trauma can leave deep wounds that impact every aspect of your life—your relationships, your self-esteem, your ability to trust and feel joy. But you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. The Trauma Transition Group Coaching Program is here to support you in healing, growing, and thriving.
Led by Cia, The Transparent Therapist, this bi-weekly, 3-month program offers a safe, compassionate space for you to reclaim your life and build the future you deserve.
Hi, I’m Cia—known to some as Felicia. I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) and a certified trauma therapist, but more importantly, I’m someone who has walked the path of healing myself. Trauma isn’t just something I study; it’s something I’ve lived. My own experiences with trauma deeply affected my life, but through my healing journey, I’ve not only learned to thrive but also managed to stay in my marriage for nearly a decade.
For a long time, I didn’t realize how much my unresolved trauma was affecting my relationship. It wasn’t until I began to do the deep, often uncomfortable work of healing that I saw real change. This process has taught me that true healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken; it’s about learning to embrace every part of yourself, even the parts that have been hurt. My mission is to help you do the same in a way that feels authentic, safe, and empowering.
Engage in bi-weekly, 90-minute group sessions where we’ll dive deep into trauma recovery. These sessions are intimate and supportive, offering a blend of therapeutic insights, practical strategies, and heartfelt discussions that promote healing.
Our program is designed with the latest research in trauma recovery and somatic therapies. We’ll explore how trauma impacts your body, mind, and relationships, and more importantly, how you can begin to heal.
Every session is packed with practical exercises, journaling prompts, and interactive resources that you can use in your everyday life. Healing isn’t just about what happens in a session; it’s about the small, consistent steps you take each day.
Healing is hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone. You’ll join a supportive community of individuals who are on the same journey. Together, we’ll share our stories, support each other, and celebrate our growth.
In this program, you don’t have to pretend everything’s okay. You can be real, honest, and vulnerable—because that’s where true healing begins. This is your space to explore your past, understand your present, and create the future you want.
When you join The Trauma Transition Group Coaching Program, you’re not just signing up for a series of sessions—you’re making a commitment to yourself and your future. Here’s what you can expect:
Learn how to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships by understanding and healing the impact of trauma on your connections with others.
Gain a deeper understanding of how your past experiences shape your present behaviors and emotions, and learn to respond to life’s challenges in healthier ways.
Develop practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and triggers, empowering you to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease.
Through the healing process, you’ll start to see yourself in a new light, building confidence and self-worth as you let go of the pain that’s been holding you back.
You’ll connect with others who understand what you’re going through, creating a network of support that extends beyond the program.
Choosing not to join the program means continuing to carry the weight of your unresolved trauma on your own. Without the support and tools provided by The Trauma Transition Group Coaching Program,
Unresolved trauma can cause patterns of mistrust, conflict, and emotional distance in your relationships, making it difficult to truly connect with others.
Without healing, you may feel trapped in the same negative patterns, unable to move forward or create the life you want.
Unaddressed trauma can lead to ongoing anxiety, stress, and emotional pain, impacting your overall well-being and quality of life.
The opportunity to heal and grow is within reach, but without taking that step, you may continue to feel disconnected from your true self and potential.
At the end of the 3-month program, your journey doesn’t have to end. As a graduate of The Trauma Transition Group Coaching Program, you’ll be invited to join the Trauma Triumph Circle—an exclusive, ongoing community designed to keep you connected, supported, and inspired.
Continue building relationships with your peers in a space that fosters ongoing growth and support.
Receive new resources, tools, and strategies to continue your healing journey.
Participate in monthly virtual meetups where you can share your progress, celebrate successes, and tackle new challenges together.
The Trauma Triumph Circle is your space to keep thriving and evolving, long after the initial program ends.
