Assurgent healing is a private psychotherapy practice in Avon, CT ready to expand its healing statewide!

Our primary focus is to help heal psychological wounds that will empower individuals to succeed in their life transitions.

When joining our team you are helping individuals and families manage the challenges they are to create restorative patterns to grow. We teach clients to identify their emotions and implement effective strategies to heal their wounded parts. Our group practice is growing and we continue to evolve and use evidence-based practices to help serve our clients to the best of our ability

If you are passionate about seeing children, adolescents and adults and don’t want to be bombarded with the business side of building a practice then please apply!

Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community as needed or appropriate. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide psychotherapy treatment using evidence-based practices to children and families
• Maintain thorough records
• Add your own areas of specialty to our team
• Set your own work schedule 

QUALIFICIATIONS:

• Must be licensed in CT as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD (Associate Licenses accepted)
  • Must have malpractice insurance (Or willing to obtain) and preferably already be contracted with insurance companies (we can help get you credentialed if not) 
• Must have at least 3 years of post-graduate experience, specifically doing individual therapy
• Must have experience using evidence-based practices
• Must be able to work some nights

• Location – Whether you are practicing via Telehealth or at one of our location based offices our administrative staff is dedicated to supporting your business.
• All-inclusive EHR – Our fully integrated platform allows for unlimited Telehealth sessions, seamless charting, insurance claims submission and a robust patient portal.
• Comprehensive Billing – Experienced team of dedicated billers support in benefit verification, and support in thorough billing and reimbursement on all claims.

COMPENSATION

• $45-$60/hour DOE for clinical hours
